**Agile Project Manager**

A leading financial services company are seeking a Project Manager to join their team and help them strive towards the companies goals.

**The Role**:

- Be responsible for delivery, producing and owning all project management deliverables, using relevant methodologies.
- Build quality in every step of the delivery lead delivery teams to ensure the fundamentals of Project Management excellence are achieved, this includes analysis, governance, planning managing finances and delivering value.
- Be comfortable with technology and preferably have managed projects that involve technology change and transformation strive to build relationships across role communities, change teams and business areas to maximise opportunities for continuous improvementthrough shared learning's.
- Coaching others in your team to achieve delivery excellence is also a key part of the role.
- Taking ownership of key project activities such as RAID management, project plans and general change management as well as inputting into regular status reporting highlighting successes and issues to key stakeholders.
- Support the development of the team and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement

**Skills and Experience**:

- We operate within a project environment which has elements of both Waterfall and Agile. We face into both waterfall and Agile teams, so exposure to both types of change will be useful so you can step into the role
- Experience and understanding of Agile Frameworks (such as the Scrum, Kanban) and has practical experience of working in Agile environments.
- Shows knowledge and some experience of other techniques that support Agile working, such as Dev Ops, Lean, System Thinking, Theory of Constraints / Critical Chain.
