An exceptional opportunity for a well spoken, well presented and diligent Assistant Property Manager to join a lovely independent agent within their office in Sutton Coldfield. You will be joining a well known multi branch Estate Agent and will be supportinga team of property managers in the service of a large portfolio.

The role of Assistant Property Manager will include all aspects of Property Management including but not limited to:

- Building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants
- Dealing with maintenance in a timely manner
- Preparation of section notices as required
- Working to ensure property compliance is maintained
- Dealing with general lettings administration in order to support and assist with a well run portfolio

**Assistant Property Manager - Experience Needed**

Essential:

- Previous property management experience essential either within lettings administration or property management / maintenance support
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
