At Jaluch over the last 20 years we have provided HR support and Training to businesses of all shapes and sizes. Our clients range from 1-2 employees, to thousands, and present us with complex challenges on a daily basis.

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join us on a permanent basis working 3-4 days per week to create and deliver exceptional soft skills and leadership training to our clients operating at all times in line with our values: Caring, Committed, Courageous.

You will have full autonomy over your role, be expected to manage your workload, and say no when you have too much on yourplate We will expect you to own your mistakes, rely on the knowledge of the team, and speak up when you need support.

**What will we ask you to do**
- Contribute to and deliver world-class in-person and live online training across a wide range of topics including leadership, accountability, resilience, D&I and much more
- Support with the development of video and online training material including eLearning
- Through customer care client visits and day to day communication, develop strong relationships with clients in order to actively grow and develop further business
- Respond to incoming client and prospect enquiries. Gather relevant information to understand client needs, create training proposals, attend meetings, follow up and convert sales opportunities
- Actively promote the Jaluch brand and culture in all you do
- Ensure colleagues are continually kept up to date on all key business issues and clients
- Ensure quality and excellence in all work, regularly liaise/discuss with colleagues on technical or complex matters
- Be proactive in ensuring that all clients are charged appropriately
- Proactively update your own (and others) knowledge. Actively share knowledge with team members in order to add to our continual learning environment

**What we are looking for**
- Know your stuff - Experience delivering exceptional training and constantly levelling up your own knowledge is a must in this position
- Be a self-starter - We are a super busy team and won’t give you a list of things to do every day, you will be expected to manage your workload and if you see something that needs doing, do it
- Bring the energy - We are a small team but love to collaborate together, there are no right or wrong answers here, only experiences to learn. Bring your positivity with you to work every day and grow with us.
- Location - We are open to full remote working for this role, but would prefer if you could join us in Ringwood at least once per month for our team meetings.
- Travel - The ability to travel is essential for this role, with many of our clients in London and beyond we would love someone who can spend time on site with them too from time to time
