Payroll Administrator

Alexander Daniels are seeking an experienced **Payroll Administrator** for a manufacturing business based in the Wolverhampton area on a full-time permanent basis, there is also the possibility for part time working hours if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Weekly Payrolls
- Calculate the amounts payable to the weekly paid employees
- Check and validate hours worked and pay rates to ensure correct calculations are made
- Use the computerised clocking system to generate hours worked
- Use the computerised payroll system to generate all aspects of data required for the successful running of the payroll function
- Create the BACS transmission for all relevant employees
- Maintain payroll records of both manual and computerised data sources
- Resolve queries arising from employees as required
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain Holiday records
- Liaise with HMRC and pension providers as required
Essential Requirements:
- A good level of competency with systems
- Good time management and a decisive nature
- Pensions experience
