**About The Role**

As part of our bar team you will;
- Support other team members to provide & enable excellent customer service
- Open and close the bar ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure stock levels are maintained behind the bar
- Be good at reacting to issues that may occur during service, and to report any issues to supervisors or Duty Manager on shift
- Have availability to regularly work weekends, as these are our busiest days
- Have some cocktail experience, although training will be provided
- Be part of a large, social and diverse team spread across Bar, Floor, Deli and Kitchen departments
