**_ What you'll do_**

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

- You will be responsible for welcoming guests in a professional, courteous manner to ensure guests are immediately settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere so they feel at home and to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- Some of your duties will include to handle luggage delivery and collection
- As our Doorperson, you will provide all passers-by and visitors with a positive first impression of the hotel.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Doorperson, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel

**_ What you'll bring_**
- Previous expereince as a Doorman, preferably in a luxury hotel
- A flexible and spontaneous approach that allows to support different departments outside a doorman's daily task
- A valid UK driving licence
- Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Doorperson you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
- Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
- English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
