We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Experience Administrator join the team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B prison located located near Bicester. HMP Bullingdon is a male prison with operational capacity of around 1,100.

This new exciting role puts the patient first, allowing them to shape their medical care and have their issues / complaints heard and investigated. You will be a key member of the healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive the best care possible.

**Hours**:
This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, however there is an expectation that you can work occasional weekends.

**Salary**:
This position is full time, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £26,400**_ _**per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our new Patient Experience Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. Some of your duties will include:

- Work face to face with patients to improve their care, as well as Healthcare Champions on the wings
- Develop and support patient engagement plans, activities and events
- Coordinate patient complaints - acknowledging, logging and recording complaints as needed and hosting concern clinics, responding to complaints and working with the wider team to investigate and resolve any issues Produce monthly patient newsletter and health promotion material

- Have previous experience within an admin role
- Have experience within customer services - any complaints experience would be beneficial
