**In return, you will be expected to**:

- Provide person-centered care, fostering independence, respect, and inclusivity

- Collaborate with colleagues, assist with lettings, welfare checks, and admin tasks
- Support housing management, including vacant homes and antisocial behavior, while guiding residents on ShireLiving services

- Understanding of older adults and people with disabilities needs
- Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and stay calm in emergencies
- Positive attitude toward vulnerable individuals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns based on residents' needs
