Property Inspector

_An excellent new temporary contract opportunity working in the Property market_

We are now recruiting for a leading Residential Lettings company for Property Inspectors to join their team on a 6 month contract basis with **roles available in Stirling, Glasgow, Dundee and Edinburgh.**

**Previous experience in property is an advantage but not essential with full training provided** and chances to stay with the company on a permanent basis if desired.

Working alongside branch based colleagues your key duties will include:

- Visiting properties to carry out inspections, condition reports and assess any repairs
- Liaising with property contractors to resolve maintenance issues
- Making sure properties are compliant with legislation e.g. fire, gas and electrical safety
- Communicating to colleagues, landlords and tenants - providing a high level of customer service

**Working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday with own car required, car allowance of £3,000 to cover running costs/insurance provided in addition to mileage expenses.**
