Our client, one of the UKs leading Patent and Trade Mark attorneys, have a fantastic opportuntiy for a Bids and Tenders Manager to join their team. Working closely with the firm's Partners, fee earners and wider BD and Marketing team the role holder willhave responsibility for the execution of firm-wide bids and tenders, from start to finish.
There is flexibility for the role to be based in London, Birmingham or Manchester and the firm operate a hybrid working policy.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading the project management of all bids and tenders across the UK firm
- Creating high quality templates for bids and tenders pitches
- Sourcing and targeting new bids and tenders opportunities
- Drafting, editing and finalising pitch documents and presentations
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders and external clients
Experience required:
- Several years' experience working with bids and tenders
- Experience working within the professional services environment is preferable but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- A disciplined and deadline-driven approach to work
