Manager - Global Entity Governance

An exciting new manager position has arisen within a reputable professional services firm in the Global Entity Governance team.
London based with hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support UK team to deliver excellent service to clients needing global co sec and subsidiary governance
- Maintain client service delivery whilst working to keep to set team budgets
- Manage relationships with company's network to maintain consistency and quality across international service delivery
- Manage ongoing contractual relationships to clients for global entity governance
- Ensure all work performed is invoiced efficiently and correctly
- Helping to grow awareness of global entity governance as a service
- Helping the Associate Director manage the team
About you:
- Experience in governance and company secretarial duties to provide support for global entity governance services.
- Strong experience of having worked in global services environment and a client facing role
- Be able to develop a team of strong professionals and lead by example in developing strong relationships with clients
- Build good relationships with stakeholders
- Maintaining an internal governance framework to ensure risk and compliance standards in client portfolios
Desirable: CGI qualification
