As a UK&IE Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing sourcing activities across market areas in an efficient, and consistent way to ensure a strong diverse pool of talent are available to support the recruitment needs in the country.

This will cover volume recruitment needs as well as hard-to-fill (niche roles).

Essential Requirements:

- Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to their work, displaying an ability to juggle multiple priorities and intellectual curiosity
- Good time management skills for effective management and delivery of multiple different recruitment sourcing campaigns across different functions
- Experience in direct sourcing within some of the following sectors: Retail, Hospitality/Food, Customer Services, Sales, and Logistics would be preferred although not essential

What you'll be doing day to day
- Build a strong partnership with the Recruitment & Sourcing Team and key Market Area stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs, aligning sourcing strategies while managing recruitment delivery with effective sourcing of qualified talent as per the business needs
- Execute sourcing strategies that address future business needs and objectives through innovative and multichannel methods
- Work closely with country Talent Sourcing & EVP Leader to ensure that all local employer marketing messages are in line with country EVP strategy and Brand
- Take a data-driven approach to monitor and track performance and business impact to ensure success achieving Recruitment & Sourcing Business Plan Goals

What you need to know

This is a permanent role. You will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We have a flexible hybrid working principle at IKEA, with 8 days per month working in the office and the rest working remotely.

There will be some national travel required with this role.
