Best Autocentres is a well-established group of garages with locations in Eastleigh, Winchester, and Totton. We are proud of our growing reputation and loyal customer base, built on exceptional service and expertise. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Front of House Specialist to join our friendly, professional team at our Totton branch.

**The Role**:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and smooth experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing inbound calls, providing advice, and booking appointments.
- Communicating with customers, preparing estimates, and upselling products.
- Updating customers on their vehicle’s progress and following up on call-back requests.
- Handling payments (in-person and over the phone) and ensuring accurate workshop billing.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Creating a positive and professional environment that reflects our brand.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with:

- A professional, warm telephone and in-person manner.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competency with computer systems (e.g., Office suite) and a methodical approach to administrative tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, as is basic vehicle knowledge.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
