Previous Call Handler/Admin experience required

Managing the day-to-day administration of: planned, disrepair, cyclical and other social housing maintenance works provided by the business in such a way that reporting, invoicing and sub contact payments are maintained.

**Day to Day**:

- As a Administrator, you will provide key day-to-day administrative support to our planned works refurbishment department.
- You will arrange credit accounts and payments with the accounts department, as well as preparing job packs for engineer's visits.
- Assist with other projects and duties as required
- Taking inbound calls from tenants within social housing
- Making outbound calls to book in appointments

**Requirements**:

- Administration/Customer Service experience within social housing
- Strong communication skills
- Great organisational skills and a detail-oriented, accurate approach
- excellent communication skills
- be able to focus with high attention to detail
- high level of accuracy
- ability to use initiative to prioritise and organise accordingly
- ability to be part of a team and to develop effective relationships
