This is a new and exciting opportunity for ambitious and hard working individuals who would like to make a difference in young people's lives. The new start up company is offering competitive salaries as well as competitive sleep in rates and over time.

The Residential Support Worker will assist in all aspects of managing this service which offers residential care and support for children and young people displaying forms of challenging behaviour. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the home, working closely with senior support workers to develop their knowledge and skills, building a strong positive work ethic and engaging environment within the home.
