Case Assistant

**Salary**: £19,500 per annum

**Location**: Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth

**Hours per week**: Monday - Friday. 37.5 hours per week (Hours, flexible TBC)

**The Company**

**Responsibilities for Case Assistant**:

- Assist with all stages of the Equity Release process including dealing with paperwork, correspondence, daily dairy management as required.
- Progress and chase current outstanding matters, ensuring a timely and efficient conclusion using the telephone as the first option.
- Answer queries from clients and introducers in a professional manner and update them on progress.
- Work as part of a team and have a keen interest in progressing towards reaching targets.

**Requirements for Case Assistant**:

- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Friendly and empathetic.
- Confident telephone manner with good listening skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Critical thinker, problem-solver.
- Pro-active approach and able to prioritise.
- No prior experience required, full technical training provided.
