We work with some unique supplies in the UK and Europe, customer relations is just as important as supplier relations and we work with both daily.

You will meet/speak to our clients (some love to chat) so a people person is preferable : )

Examples of the role,
- Checking stock in and out, organising stock all with great communication.
- Keeping the workshop informed of any client requests.
- Responsible for the parts department in a busy working environment
- Promote the benefit of our genuine parts and service at all times.
- Ensure Customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification.
- Ensure that parts required for customers are picked and allocated to the correct Selection bins
- Ensure that procedures are correctly carried out for the ordering of goods and their receipt
- Ensuring that all goods received are checked and binned (located) accurately
- Ensure that invoices/credits are properly and accurately raised for goods supplied or returned.
- Work with service team to ensure warranty claim special claims are recorded and set out correctly.
- Ensure the accuracy of perpetual inventory stock counts.
- Documenting and reporting the condition of parts received notifying any relevant party of damage or concerns.
- Inspecting old units or parts returned for credit and reporting damaged or unsuitable items to the team
- Ensuring that all parts and old units returned are labelled and packed properly and all relevant paperwork correctly completed.
- To maintain a good standard of housekeeping within the Parts department.
- Working as a team player, flexible and helpful ensuring support for both colleague and customer.
- Carrying out ¼’ly stock checks within the departments.
- Keep engineer’s van stock correct including stock take
- Responsible for purchase and stock purchase of parts
- Ensuring margins are met within the parts department

- A quick learner and highly motivated.
- Must have a passion for pride of work.
- To have a desire to continue developing your personal and customer skills.
- Ability to work individually and pull together as part of a team.
- Awesome problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Previous customer interaction skills are necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
