4. Split shifts and set rota on a 2 weekly rotation so you will always know when you are working. Over time is a choice, it is not mandatory.
5. Hourly rate £12 per hour
6. Mileage paid
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate and person-centred care to our clients
Assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition or well-being
Ensuring the highest standards of safety and infection control
Collaborating with the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A willingness to undergo training and development
Reliable and punctual
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
