**Role Description**

This is a part-time remote role for an innovative and forward thinking Creative Designer. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating and developing various design assets, such as branding materials, graphics, and web designs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the team to ensure cohesive visual styles, designing graphics for digital and print media, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms for several distinct brands that fit together to support the overarching mission of connecting heads, hearts and hands, and turning thinking, feeling and doing in to positive change in the world.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Creative Design, Graphics, and Graphic Design
- Experience in Branding and Web Design
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred

Experience in B2C and B2B creative strategy and activation, as well as an understanding of professional services, the education sector, recruitment marketing would be advantageous. As well as having an ongoing and demonstrable curiosity and understanding of current and emerging AI abilities and possibilities.
