Fit For Sport are the UK’s expert on engaging and educating children through physical activity and has been for over 30 years. We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams in Richmond upon Thames, Surrey

Contract: 32.5 hours per week Fixed 52 week contract (up to 40 hours per week available during school holidays if desired)

Working Hours: Breakfast Club 7:30 - 9:00. Lunch Cover 12 - 13.00 & After School Club 15:00 - 18:00 & paid planning time

A Day in the life of our Childcare Setting Manager

As a Childcare Setting Manager, you will be responsible for
- Being the voice of your club, using your experience, qualifications and our policies to create an exciting play environment for children to thrive.
- Leading a team of educators to provide a whole of child approach to learning
- Planning and engaging with children in entertaining and educational play.
- Supervising children to ensure their safety and security is a primary focus
- Being a leader, empowering your team to deliver within safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

For your adventure:
We know that heroes come in all shapes and sizes, but here are some things that will help you get the job:

- Level 3 Childcare Qualification would be ideal
- Some experience working with 4 to 11 year old children is essential
- Previous experience managing a high performing team
- Enthusiasm and a passion for people.
- Excellent communication skills
- You’re a big kid at heart
- Paediatric first aid qualification is a nice to have (we can organise this for you).
