German Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our growing European trading team. As the German Ecommerce Executive you will ideally have basic knowledge in CRM, SEO, PPC, Affiliate and Influencers, be interested in all digital and you will be eager to develop your knowledge of the wider channels. You will have the ability to support the Ecommerce Manager with day to day trading tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Google Search Console to deliver regular eCommerce
reporting.
- Assist with daily DACH website operations including; product uploads, translations, blogs, SEO content
updates, site campaigns etc
- Support the planning, building and execution of DACH Brand strategy
- Identify site improvements to maximise conversions, AOV and reduce bounce rates and barriers to
buying online
- Conduct research to gain partnerships.
- Monitor affiliate traffic using a variety of tools
- Assist the eCommerce Managers with keyword/market research, website translation, site audits to
improve organic traffic.
- Take ownership of creating and managing CRM reports to identify areas of improvement

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable creating reports
- Ability to think both creatively and commercially to support strategy planning
- Interested in the world of start-ups and entrepreneurialism
- Confident networking and developing new relationships
- Passion for beauty
- Experience using Shopify would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
