**Sports Brand Ambassador - Adidas**

**Looking for a part time position which aligns with your fitness lifestyle?**

**Part Time, Permanent - Hybrid role (working from home /in the field)**

**Package**:
** **£15,000 to £18,000 per annum (£20k-£24k full time equivalent) + up to 10% bonus opportunity + great kit

Mileage 34p per mile

**Working**:
** **28 hours per week over 4 to 5 days (days & hours are flexible)

**Territory**: Greater London area

Working for REL Field Marketing, you will be the face of
**adidas** within retail in your region. You will be the first line to win against the competition, demonstrating a point of difference for the brand by driving interactive engagement and learning.

**As an adidas Sports Product Trainer you will**:

- Make advance appointments to carry out virtual digital training /or F2F training
- Build a team of proactive brand advocates in store, in your network, and community
- Build a team of proactive brand advocates in store, in your network, and community
- Design, create, and deliver product training both physically and virtually
- Empower and excite retailer team members to create unique consumer experiences
- Engage with customers and create the desire to buy adidas
- Regular testing and reviewing of products
- Provide accurate and insightful reporting through the in-house app
- Share best practices back to the peer group and the adidas HQ to learn and adapt

**You will have**:

- A **full driving license** and your own reliable **vehicle**:

- A passion for the apparel and sporting goods industry
- Retail experience is ideal, training experience is preferred
- Experience in learning program design and content creation for face to face and digital learning tools is an advantage
- Personable, approachable, energetic, and outgoing - making a difference with a smile on your face
- Interested in physiology and associated benefits of being active, passionate about sport and fitness
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Inspiring and engaging
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and virtual delivery platforms i.e. Zoom
