**The Role**:
The role requires some Lifting or moving of systems following health and safety guidelines and can be a physically demanding role.

Because of our client base to work here, you will need to be a British National and have resided in the UK for the past five years. Dual nationalities could be considered. We will require you to have a security clearance check, this is carried out by anindependent organisation.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
We are looking for a Field Service: To Install new machines for PCB NC & Laser Prototyping/Production Equipment at customer sites and provide training using windows
- based CAD/CAM & NC software. Visiting customer's sites to maintain or repair NC machinesand Laser Cutting Systems in the UK and Ireland.

Provide telephone support on technical machine and software issues directly to our customers.

**The Person and Skills Required**:

- Have a knowledge of NC/Lasers/Stepper motors and an understanding of the principals of PCB
- Have a working knowledge of a PCB or CAD Software.
- Have a full UK Driving licence required. Visit to customer sites with occasional overnight stays and overseas travel.
- Live within travelling distance of Bracknell office. Combination of visiting customers/office/home working.
- An Electronics, Mechanical Engineering background ONC/HNC/HND, Apprenticeship, or Ex-Forces with relevant experience.
