RG Consultancy are working with a cluster of care homes in the Accrington area who are looking for a finance manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will be the main point of contact within finance and will report to the companies managing director allowing you to be deeply involved in the development and implementation of financial reporting that is accessible and relatable to all, in turndriving further improvement throughout the business.
You will have a team of 4 finance members and will be responsible for overseeing the team.
Duties will include:
- Submission of the monthly management accounts
- Budgets and forecasting
- Accruals and prepayments
- Review monthly figures
- Prepare consolidated accounts
- VAT returns
- Support financial planning and analysis
- Yearend support
- Support with audits
- Management of the finance function and support the wider business
- Other ad-hoc duties
