Kempel group is looking for an office assistant to join our friendly and professional team.

We have three companies in our group: Food, Construction and Property management

You will be reporting directly to the Director. This job is ideally suited to an individual who is happy to work using their own initiative.

Duties will include (but may not be limited to):
General Admin and filling

Paying Bills

Suppliers and staff liaison

Daily management

Stock ordering

Ensuring day-to-day smooth running Lettings area of the business will include following duties:
Vet prospective tenants by collecting references and doing credit checks

Ensure properties meet legal and health and safety requirements, e.g. gas safety certificates

Draw up tenancy agreement contracts

Collect or organise rent payments

Record any issues that arise with properties and find appropriate solution. Required skills:
Ability to work alone and be reliable

Good computer skills including Microsoft Office

Basic bookkeeping - expenses, payments schedules, invoices

Good organisational skills

Attention to detail

Analytic and good problem solving

Must be thorough, highly organised with the ability to multi-task and possess good time management skills
