You would be based in one of our restaurants working alongside our amazing team of chefs and cooks.

**The Role**

In this role you'll help to ensure that the facilities in our kitchens are maintained to the highest standards. We need people to help keep the strictest levels of cleanliness in the food preparation areas, by working closely with all of the Chefs in our busy kitchens.

Working straight shifts on a rota basis, the role offers excellent prospects for those interested in a career as a Chef or any other aspect of the catering industry. We proactively seek to develop all of our employees who show promise. We currently have full time and part time positions available.

**Your main responsibilities will include**
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation. This may involve cutting, peeling and washing food items
- Keeping the kitchen clean and providing a safe working environment for all
- Preparing the kitchen area prior to service
- Supporting with deliveries and making sure stock is tidy
- Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Washing and cleaning dishes

**Pay and Benefits**

You will be working part time on a seasonal variable contract, with an hourly rate up to £9.50* dependant on age. Not only that, but you will also be joining a great team, with fabulous career prospects - we LOVE to promote from within

**Qualifications and experience needed**
- No previous experience needed as we will give you all the training you need to be the best at this role
- Flexibility in availability is preferred
