**The Role**:
It is essential that applicants be knowledgeable about colour, colour space and RGB to CMYK conversions. They should be highly creative with good visual awareness and a keen eye for detail and must thrive on working in a fast paced and creative environment.

Reporting to the Senior Retoucher and supporting the Producer and wider Content Team, the post holder will possess strong technical ability, with a focus on beauty and still life retouching.

Having over 25 years at the forefront of the makeup industry and having worked with A-list models, celebrities and designers, our client has created luxury skincare, make-up and fragrance collections, in the knowledge that when people look good, they feel good and project confidence.

**Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**:

- Check images, ensuring guidelines are adhered to
- Work on all visual brand assets
- Colour match images against samples, swatches or colour reference codes
- Handle multiple comps and performs alterations to images
- Work closely with the Content Team and action creative changes
- Ensure all imagery is sized correctly to support correct delivery
- Engage in all technical training opportunities to continually improve skill set

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive skin and hair retouching experience
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced knowledge of CaptureOne Software
- Understanding of print, digital and file specification

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of digital photography
- Knowledge of InDesign
- Knowledge of Illustrator
