**ROLE**:
My client, a globally established investment-management firm, based in the heart of the West end are now looking to recruit a Team PA to support a senior stakeholder and small team within the business. You will be used to a high volume, fast-paced role including diary management, extensive travel arrangements and processing expenses.

**DUTIES**:

- Providing scheduling support (appointments, calendar, and meeting management). The ability to manage meetings across multiple time zones
- Oversight and coordination of small events such as client breakfasts and lunch seminars. Finding venues, liaising with suppliers, working with Marketing to design and send out invitations, arranging briefing meetings and packs.
- Keeping a monthly Training and Compliance log
- Running monthly activity reports
- Liaising with Finance to ensure invoices are paid
- Work with internal teams to ensure that relevant thought pieces and mailings are sent out.
- Work with internal teams to schedule communications / reports are produced and followed up.
- Organising domestic and internal travel - This will include flights, hotels, cars, and detailed itineraries

**PERSON**:

- 4-5 years sectritrail experience
- Hybrid working offered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Forward thinker who enjoys supporting others
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
