MBA are looking in to add an experienced home-based Claims Technician for a leading global insurance organisation. We are looking for someone with the ability to support with large claims and make intelligent decisions as part of an all-round first-class customerservice experience.
As a Claims Technician, you will work alongside the field-based Loss Adjusters, progressing claims from start to finish, working closely with insurance companies, policy holders, surveying specialists and contractors.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class customer experience
- Take responsibility for every claim you play a part in and ensure all parties are kept informed
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, brokers and suppliers to ensure a seamless claims handling service
- Keep all relevant parties and systems updated accurately and efficiently to ensure a smooth claims processing experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties required
About you
- Experienced in claims is desirable, but knowledge of insurance is essential
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoys being a team player and openly shares knowledge and skills with others.
- Great communicator, both written and verbal
