As a Caremark Children’s Care and Support Worker in Rotherham & Sheffield you will be supporting Children and young adults who live in the community.
- ** **Our clients have personal goals and aspirations they would like to achieve and part of your role as a Care and Support Worker will be supporting and assisting them with this.
- You will receive comprehensive training to enable you to provide holistic care to each of your client’s. You will be provided with continuous support and guidance from our management team to ensure high standards of care are maintained.- We have positions available that are
- **PART TIME & FULL TIME** throughout the
- **DAY** and
- **NIGHT.** The working hours are block hours supporting one client at one time
- **from 4 HOURS up to 12 HOURS**.As a Care and Support Worker you will be working a
- **TWO-WEEK ROLLING ROTA** with your clients on a continuous basis, to enable you to build a professional relationship with the clients you support. You will need to be able to work alternate weekends to ensure all our Care and Support Workers receive a healthy work life balance.You will be providing your clients with daily living activities such as personal care, medication administration, attending school/college and accessing the community undertaking enjoyable activities such as visiting ‘Jump’, parks, playing football and any other activity they would like to do.

**Examples of typical working hours as a Children’s Care and Support Worker**:

- **_Support within the home 10-12 hours_**:

- **_ Support with personal care, medication administration, nutrition & hydration needs 3-12 hours_**:

- **_ Support within school and college 8 hours_**:

- **_ Support to access the community 3-8 hours_**:

- **_ Companionship/guidance 4-8 hour_**
