**THE ROLE**

As a Bartender you will:

- Be responsible for preparing drinks
- Make sure the bar is always stocked
- Play a crucial role in helping us to achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Hospitality experience is preferable, but not essential.

**THE LOCATION**

We’re conveniently located on the upstairs floor of Victoria Place shopping centre in Victoria Station. Ideal for pre-theatre dining, refuelling before you catch the train or dinner after work; you’ll spot our eye-catching pop art pictures and open kitchen inside our open fronted restaurant.
