Guidant Global are working in partnership with a leading organisation in their search for a Senior Regulatory Performance Manager.

The Senior Regulatory Performance Manager will work closely with the business units to develop and implement plans to ensure they have a clear understanding of their licence and regulatory obligations and to support them in the delivery of the organisationsvision and objectives within the regulatory framework.

They will develop and make recommendations from a regulatory standpoint, support its regulatory obligations with a particular focus on charges, reporting requirements, appropriate levels of transparency and ensuring effective consultation with stakeholdersin line with regulatory requirements.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Developing and implementing plans to ensure Licence and regulatory reporting reflect regulatory best practice and working with the CAA to implement improvements on a variety of policy issues, including service quality, capital expenditure, and businessassurance, whilst monitoring and tracking regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement plans to ensure the organisations business units have a clear understanding of their regulatory obligations and supporting business units in executing plans in a compliant manner. e.g., Commercial, Development
- Lead regulatory expert input into the setting of airport charges, maintaining an up-to-date view of competitor and comparator airport pricing. Ensuring that the organisations charges are set consistent with the maximum allowable yield and other factorsset out in its economic licence.
- Regulatory lead on licence compliance. Providing advice to the organisations business units on design and preparation of accounting information for regulatory reporting purposes, working with the CAA to improve the process and ways of reporting.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory submissions on behalf of the organisation to the CAA and other external stakeholders, building internal stakeholder support
- The role has a company-wide impact. The Senior Regulatory Performance Manager will provide expert advice to the Executive Committee, to the Strategy function and across the organisations business units. The role holder will engage on a regular basis withthe CAA and other stakeholders on behalf of the organisation.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally with a business, economics or finance background.

Direct experience of working in a regulated business or regulator.

Ability to synthesise large and complex concepts into the fundamentals and demonstrable ability to produce evidence based, accurate and incisive analysis.

Development of responses to consultations and/or other regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to engage and build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.

Proven ability to meet deadlines, work collaboratively and manage through others.

Strong project management skills and a record of achieving deliverables.
