Page Personnel are recruiting for a Legal Cashier on behalf of a business operating in the legal sector. This role will be based out of the Swinton office and encompass a wide range of Legal Cashier duties.

Page Personnel are recruiting for a Legal Cashier on behalf of a business operating in the legal sector. This role will be based out of the Swinton office.

This role offers flexible working and long term security as part of a well established business.

**Description**

Duties will include:

- All aspects on banking
- Processing all payments and receipts
- Preparing bank reconciliation statements
- Opening and closing client accounts (standard and deposit accounts)
- Dealing with all distributions from the client accounts
- Liaising with the bank when required
- Running the payroll each month
- Dealing with all payments including insurance, bank loans & payment of external services
- Monitoring the opening & closing of new client ledgers
- Admin duties such as ordering office stock & equipment
- Checking all estate accounts and distribution statement relating to probate matters

**Profile**
- Have a proven track record as a Legal Cashier
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have knowledge of dealing with Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Matrimonial work
