Banana Moon Rothwell is a thriving nursery looking for Bank staff Nursery Nurses to support the setting during busy periods, and to cover for staff absences such as holidays and sickness. This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to be children, learning through fun and engaging play. You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family friendly, characterful and stimulating environment which is inviting to children, parents and staff.

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure a high quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered; creating a safe, caring and welcoming setting in which parents are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.

To adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements and following education curriculum, delivering standards which ensure highest possible inspection grading.

**Qualifications**:
Desirable: Full and relevant Early Years qualification/play work as defined by Department of Education.

Desirable: Paediatric 12hr First Aid certificate

Desirable: Safeguarding training and qualification

**Experience Required**:
Past experience within the early years sector is preferable

**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
