**Position**:Contracts Manager

**Salary**:Very negotiable according to experience - likely to be c £50,000 - £55,000

**About the role**:

- Overseeing the contracts office and the contracts office team
- Responsible for overseeing a number of projects at any one time
- Assisting with bids, tenders and RFQ’s / RFI’s
- Ensuring that contracts are fit for purpose and not detrimental in any way
- Checking all commercial aspects of contracts
- Assisting on project management and delivery of projects to specification, to time and to budget
- Assisting and advising on supplier and third-party partner agreements
- Attending regular meetings with the client and updating on design and project completion timelines.

**About you**:

- Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts - experience of JCT or NEC contract forms beneficial
- Experience of the full lifecycle of capital projects from RFQ / RFI, bids and estimating, manufacturing and delivery, installation and commissioning right through to hand over
- Proven experience of delivering projects to budget and program, and happy to act as Project Manager if required
- Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera preferred
- Excellent communication skills with people of all levels
- Full UK driving licence and able to visit client sites when necessary
