**Job Role**:
As someone with a detailed knowledge of the manned security industry who wants to develop into a Security Controller, or someone with previous control room experience, you could join the team that is at the heart of Britsafe.

Our 24-hour control room covers every aspect of Britsafe’s performance including:

- Co-ordinating out-of-hours emergency response
- Liaising with alarm monitoring centres, police and emergency contractors
- Helping security and cleaning staff who need assistance
- Dealing with changeable client requirements
- Ensuring the well-being and safety of our site-based security and cleaning teams

This is a challenging role that would suit people who thrive in fast-moving environments. The team rely on dependable colleagues, who take a genuine interest in our staff, making sure all shifts are covered without fail, and who are going to treat our people fairly and with respect.

**This is a licensed role so applicants must have a valid SIA licence. Applicants without such a licence will be automatically rejected.
