The Job Fusion Resources are currently looking for a Solar PV Surveyor for one of our reputable clients in the outskirts of York. This job role is perfect for someone with an interest in Solar energy, who is keen to challenge themselves and has experience in sales as it is a customer-facing role.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

- Visiting customers, working from plans or conducting remote surveys to measure the dimensions of surface areas.
- Identifying and addressing obstructions
- Identifying potential locations of equipment with the client
- Preparing detailed reports of the visits
- Generating quotes from the suppliers portal and draft quotations
- Generating reports to illustrate estimated energy generation and financial benefit

Experience require for the Surveyor role:

- Experience in customer-facing environment, direct contact with the customer.
- Computer literate, using MS Office suite.
- Basic understanding of roof structures.
- Knowledgably in workings of home electric systems

Desirable experience:

- Experience of working with solar power

Education & Qualifications:

- Attained 5 O'Levels/ GCSE qualifications grades A-C (required)
- Recently qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor (desirable)

**A full and clean driving license is required**

Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 9-5pm

The Pay Rates
- £20,000 basic salary with potential for commission on top
