**The Career Taster Opportunity**
You will join the Equality and Diversity Team for a valuable work experience opportunity for between 6-12 weeks (open to negotiation). You will be based at County Hall, West Street, Chichester PO19 1RQ.

We are looking for someone to join us on a career taster to develop a small project, with the objective of creating a suite of SharePoint sites, (internal team websites) for a number of employee-led **Staff Networks** linked to an over-arching intranet landing page.

You will have the exciting opportunity to directly engage with leads and members of our staff networks to gain their insight and ideas to create design briefs, before developing the SharePoint sites and the Intranet landing page. You will use your skills to make the content visually appealing and easy to navigate.

You do not necessarily need to have knowledge or experience of SharePoint 365, as, where required, we will provide informal training and support to meet this objective.

This is your chance to gain experience within the broad range of services we offer, the chance to enhance your skills, knowledge and abilities, and a clear insight into jobs and careers in local government.

You will be given direct support and guidance throughout the career taster by member of the Equality and Diversity Team and the wider organisational development team.
