If you are looking for a role where you can utilise your Customer Service and Sales experience to help set up and be part of an exciting new department within an established business, then this is the role for you. This role offers you:

- Completing sales through service and **NOT** a boiler room environment
- The chance to work closely with Managers to have your say with regards to current and new processes and procedures.
We’re recruiting on behalf an established company who understand the importance of valuing their employees and customers. Working in their brand new office building, the company offers a welcoming working environment where you won’t be treated as just anumber.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their insurance quotes, both inbound and outbound and taking a consultative approach to make sure the customer gets the right deal.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Experience of working within a sales environment (minimum 12 months)
- A natural ability to build rapport with customers and the ability to understand their needs
- Experience of working within a high volume and target driven environment is desirable
- To be self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
**Working Hours...**
- Week 1: Mon - Fri: 08:00am - 16:30pm
- Week 2: Mon - Fri: 10:30am - 19:00pm
- You’ll work two Saturdays per month (9:00am - 17:00pm)
