An Architectural Designer is required to join an award-winning practice that is located on the outskirts of Southampton.
This practice has two offices across the UK and employs over 50 staff. After a month or so (company discretion) hybrid working is offered to new staff with the option of working 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, flexible start and finish times are alsooffered.
Projects wise they work on anything related to the residential developer sector including care homes, retirement villages, small-medium and large housing schemes, master planning, and urban design.
As an Architectural Designer, you will be required to produce street scenes, and house types and collaborate with Developers and Architects to resolve issues involving a change of design and materials. Some responsibilities include liaising with clients frominitial contact to project completion while also working with key stakeholders to understand the requirements and milestones of the project.
The Role:

- Knowledge of Sketchup 3D, Revit, and AutoCAD
- Produce house types and street scenes
- Hand-sketching abilities
- Coordinate and assist with the Graphic and Planning teams for presentations
- Problem-solving skills
- Liaise with clients and other business professionals
The salary for this position ranges from £20K - £30K.
