**Overview of role**:
Working in the reactive repairs team delivering day to day repairs in social housing properties.

**General Duties Key Responsibilities**:

- General skilled labour including - small scale slabbing repairs, small ceramic tile repairs in residential properties and communal areas,
- Comply with all manual handling regulations
- Tidying up work area during and after job, including mobile site compound
- Receiving, unloading and storing/stacking materials to site
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools to carry out small repairs
- Compliance with relevant health and safety legislation

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to re-prioritise as business demands change
- Ability to remain productive under varying weather conditions
- Compliance with relevant health and safety legislation
- Disclosure Check
- Full UK Driving License
