Position: Floor Supervisor

Hours: Will require evening and weekend hours.

Rancheros is a Brazilian inspired Rodizio Grill and we are planning to open our doors to the public in Autumn 2020. Our vision is simple. It is to provide exceptional quality meats served at the table accompanied by a salad bar equipped with dishes to please everyone.

We are looking to appoint a Floor Supervisor to work with our Restaurant Manager to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with us from the moment they come through the door until the moment they leave. The Floor Supervisor will work closely with the Management Team to ensure that all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurant is of a consistently exceptionally high standard.

Previous experience at a supervisory level is essential. Outgoing, customer/solution focussed attitudes are essential as is the ability to work as part of a large team to bring the best possible dining experience for our customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £6.83-£11.00 per hour
