**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cook to join our team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for banquets and events.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for banquets and events
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation
- Follow recipes accurately whilst maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a banquet or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Understanding of kitchen health and safety rules
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- chef management: 4 years (required)
- Cooking: 5 years (required)
- Kitchen experience: 5 years (required)
