Description of the Role
Collins Aerospace provides state of the art advanced flight simulation computer generated visual system products and technology in support of worldwide Commercial Airline pilot training programs. A Customer Service Engineer would be responsible for installingand commissioning Collins Visual Systems on Aircraft Flight Simulators in order to achieve customer acceptance and regulatory certification as per our contractual commitments.
Duties would include:
- Installation and commissioning of Collins Image Generation and Projectors at international customer site.
- Integration and test of the Collins Visual System within the Simulator prior to shipment to the end user site.
- Undertake on-site tests and demonstrate the system to the customer.
- Prepare various documents required by regulatory agencies and safety guidelines.
- Perform training device updates (Software and Hardware).
- Provide customer support service and repairs.

Monday - Friday
9:00am - 5:30pm
