Cash Collector

**SALARY £21k pa / 40 HRS PER WEEK + COMPANY VEHICLE (with fuel card) OR CAR ALLOWANCE + MOBILE PHONE + PENSION + OVERTIME + 23 DAYS HOLIDAY, PLUS BIRTHDAY OFF.**

**About Fortuna Entertainment**:
Fortuna is a newly formed gaming machine operator, suppliers of Gaming and Amusement machines in Pubs and Clubs (Fruit & Quiz Machines, Pool Tables & Jukeboxes).

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Full Time Collector to join the Collections Team covering Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. Ideally with an immediate start.

**As a Collector, your main responsibilities will be to**:
Empty amusement machines and produce documentation in compliance with our customer standards.
Establish and maintain a good customer relationship with licensees and ensure their experience with Trident Machines is first class.

**Hours**:
Hours will average 40 hours each week calculated over a rotational four week period.

**About you**:
Experience is preferred but full training can be given to someone with a background in hospitality.
In addition, you will have:
Good interpersonal skills, dexterity and numerical skills with a confident, bubbly personality.
A full clean manual driving license. The flexibility to start early and potentially finish early
The ability to manage your time, route plan and work unsupervised within Health and Safety requirements and processes.
