Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity?

Personal Assistants (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone with a learning disability to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be

Each person we support has different support needs, so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Personal Assistants work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

The Best in _You_ Brings Out the Best in _Me_

The people we support have many varied interests and hobbies and have many of the same dreams and aspirations as we do; they just too often do not get the opportunity to experience these same opportunities. A career with Enable is as rewarding as it is diverse, Personal Assistants at _their_ **best** have the potential to truly bring out _the_ **best** in the people we support.

Let us introduce you to the people you could be supporting:
Alan is a gentleman who lives in the Shortlees area of Kilmarnock, he requires support to live in his home independently. Alan attends a local centre some days so he requires support in the morning to get breakfast and ready for the centre and then support when he returns later in the day. On the days that Alan doesn't attend the centre he is supported for the full day into evening. Alan loves watching TV especially Football and sometimes spends time with his family to watch big games. He also likes to go to football games and requires his Personal Assistants to enjoy this activity too as he likes to discuss the players and the game. Alan has a great personality and can communicate well with words once you get to know him.

That is why Daniel and Alan need you Will you bring _your_ **best **so that they can live _their_ **best** life?
