The Role:
GAP Lifting Hire & Sales offers one of the largest ranges of lifting equipment and accessories in the industry. From small shackles and slings to material lifts and aluminium gantries, the division has everything our customers need for lifting any size of load.

As the first point of contact at our depots, be it face to face or over the phone, the Hire & Sales Coordinator (HSC) play a pivotal role in driving our business' success, by building strong customer relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them. As a trainee HSC you will learn everything about how to run an effective hire desk, including stock control and purchasing, driving sales and managing customer queries effectively whilst co-ordinating drivers to ensure customers' needs are met. This is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress within GAP Group.
**About You**:
Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience of working within a high-volume customer service or sales environment is beneficial
- Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
- Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
- So long as you have a passion for customer service and the drive to learn, we can help with the rest
