Duties will be varied and include the development and monitoring of the departments training processes procedures and KPI’s. An integral part of the role is to provide managerial support and guidance of the Team Leaders in conjunction with the Outpatients Operations Coordinator, ensuring that all patients’ appointments are booked within targets working with the speciality teams.

**The role has 3 key elements**: operational management, service delivery, leadership and transformation.
You will provide support to the Outpatients Operations Coordinator and Outpatient Manager
Support adherence to Outpatient performance metrics including referral
management, booking appointments, reception duties, ERS compliance and service development.
Support HR processes for the Team leaders and clerks.
