CAD/CAM Applications Support Engineer

Experienced CAD/CAM professional required to join a team of technical specialists providing technical and operational support and consultancy, advising on best practice and troubleshooting. Ongoing training is provided.

The position involves:

- Providing CAD/CAM technical support, training, and advice
- Input into the development of products
- Collaborating with other team members to share and improve knowledge
- Software implementation
- Occasional travel to provide technical services
- Assist with any project specification, implementation or support where required.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Degree / HND / HNC / BTEC qualification
- High level of IT competency
- Any support experience helpful
- Proactive and Collaborative
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate in a teamwork environment
- Display a professional attitude
