**The Role Summary**

Our client is a world-renowned manufacture of Motorsport Roll Cages and Light-weight tubular structures.

Their customers are some of the bests known in the business.

They are looking for A highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to manage our small design team and deal with a skilled

The role:
Designing and developing roll cages for our own internationally known brand range and in-house fitting department, as well as liaising with major manufacturers and professional motorsport teams.

These require rapid and technically demanding solutions to their requirements.

The business facilities and capabilities mean they are a 'one-stop shop' for motorsport roll cages and tubular structures.

**The skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an engineering environment - preferably involving tube manipulation or fabrication, but not essential.
- Excellent working knowledge of Solidworks and Cad Cam Software.
- Working experience of Faro CMM measuring and Creaform scanning.
- An ability to understand and manage our CNC Tube, Flat-sheet Laser cutting machines and tube benders.
- Have a hands-on attitude in a busy workshop environment.

This is a key role within the business, so the salary will reflect this. It will be negotiable and will be dependent on experience.
